Visiting the website

When you open videoclips.si, our hosting provider Cloudflare processes technical connection data (IP address, time, requested page, browser information) to deliver the website and protect it against attacks (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We do not create user profiles from this data.

Bot protection: sign-in and some forms use Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks browser signals to tell people from bots, without cookies for tracking (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Web analytics: if enabled, Cloudflare Web Analytics counts page views without cookies and without storing IP addresses (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Try-it on the homepage: the photo you choose is processed only in your browser and is not uploaded. If you ask for AI hook suggestions there, the product details and the fact you typed are sent to our server and to Cloudflare Workers AI to write the suggestions; they are not stored.

Your account and content

Account: your email address, optional name, language and sign-in records (hashed session identifiers, hashed and shortened IP addresses) to provide sign-in and secure the service (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). Sign-in codes are sent to your email address.

Content you provide: brand settings, logos, product photos, approved facts, offers and the videos created from them, solely to produce and deliver your videos (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Photo metadata such as GPS location is removed when images are processed.

AI text suggestions: when you request hook suggestions, your product name and approved facts are processed by Cloudflare Workers AI. We do not use your content to train AI models, and the model provider does not receive your photos.

Product analytics: pseudonymous product events (for example “batch confirmed”) to operate and improve the service, without images or texts (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Marketing attribution (UTM parameters, referring website) is passed in the sign-up link and stored with your account, not on your device.

Concierge requests and messages: the information you send us, to answer your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd., 1 Grand Canal Street Lower, Grand Canal Dock, Dublin, D02 H210, Ireland. You enter payment details directly at Stripe; we receive customer and subscription identifiers, invoices and payment status, never your full card details (Art. 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR). Processors and transfers

Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA (hosting, database, file storage, email delivery, bot protection, web analytics, AI text suggestions) under a data processing agreement. Our database and file storage are located in Western Europe. Cloudflare is certified under the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework; standard contractual clauses also apply.

We do not sell personal data.

Cookies

We only use technically necessary cookies: the sign-in session and your language and theme preference (§ 25(2) TDDDG). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Retention

Free accounts: uploads and videos are deleted after 30 days without activity. Paid accounts: while the account exists. Temporary render files: at most 24 hours. Sign-in sessions end after 90 days at the latest; sign-in codes expire after a few minutes.

You can export your data or delete your account at any time in the settings. Invoices and payment records are kept as long as tax and commercial law requires (up to 10 years).

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and to object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 15–21 GDPR). Write to us at the address above.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, for example the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information Baden-Württemberg.
