Terms of service

1. Scope

These terms govern the use of videoclips.si, operated by Tom Trögler, Schutterstr. 36/5, 77743 Neuried, Germany (“we”). The service is offered exclusively to businesses (§ 14 German Civil Code), not to consumers. Conflicting terms of the customer do not apply.

2. The service

videoclips.si turns product photos and statements provided and approved by you into short vertical video ad variants. A batch consists of three videos of one product with one template and three different opening hooks. Included corrections cover text, call to action and offer. Product photos are framed, cut out and animated, never regenerated by AI.

3. Account

You need an account, created with your email address. Keep access to your email account secure; actions taken after signing in with a code sent to you are attributed to your account.

4. Your content and responsibility

You confirm that you hold all rights to the photos, logos and statements you upload and that statements used in videos are true and approved for advertising. You remain responsible for the ads you publish and for compliance with platform rules and advertising law. You indemnify us against third-party claims arising from content you provided, unless you are not at fault.

You grant us the rights needed to process your content in order to provide the service. You own the videos created for you; videos on the free plan carry a small watermark.

5. Plans, quota and payment

Plans, prices and included batches are shown on the pricing page. As long as we use the German small business scheme (§ 19 UStG), no VAT is charged; otherwise prices are net plus statutory VAT. Monthly batches do not roll over; extra packs are valid for 12 months. A batch is reserved on confirmation and consumed when all three files have been delivered; technical failures are credited automatically.

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance via Stripe and renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel in the customer portal at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period.

6. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, security measures or circumstances beyond our control may temporarily limit the service.

7. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and under the Product Liability Act. For slight negligence we are only liable for breaches of essential contractual obligations, limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract. Any further liability is excluded.

8. Term and termination

You can delete your account at any time in the settings. We may terminate free accounts with 14 days' notice and any account without notice for good cause, in particular for violations of the acceptable use policy.

9. Final provisions

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a merchant, the place of jurisdiction is our place of business. Should individual provisions be invalid, the remaining provisions remain unaffected.
